Deadline Day Extended

Due to the high volume of booking calls received in the past week we feel it is only fair to extend the deadline for the draw by an extra week. County Photos have recently completed a large-scale extension and full refurbishment of our existing  Print Lab in Roscommon.  “We are delighted to announce the opening of our new sate of the art facility in Roscommon” said Managing Director Sean Collins. “This facility will allow us to increase efficiency, productivity and improve turnaround times for our customers.  As a result of this expansion we have created more employment in the locality and with the new design and space we have allowed for the creation of more jobs in the future This significant investment in infrastructure, and the local talented workforce will allow us to offer even greater value and choice for all our customers”.

For tax purposes, we share your personal data with our accountant. This includes sharing invoices with your details for the purpose of completing our end of year accounts. Our accountant is located in Ireland.


For insurance and legal purposes, we will share your personal data with our insurance companies when required to do so. This includes supplying personal data under the requirements of our contract with the insurance company or in relation to a claim that we make or receive. Our insurance company is located in Ireland

Payment Services

For commercial purposes County Photos use a recognized and compliant payment services partner. Our payment partners are Strype and AIB Merchant Services. These are both located within the EU

Safeguarding Measures

County Photos takes your privacy seriously and we take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place, including: –

  encryptions, restricted access to sensitive information by named staff, IT, authentication, secure hosting and storage, Garda vetting


Consequences of Not Providing Your Data

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to County Photos however, as this information is required for us to provide you with our services /deliver your products, we will not be able to offer some or all of our products or services without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data

County Photos retains your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services as our client. County Photos are required under tax laws to keep your personal data for 6 years, Accounting records for a period of 6 years after the end of the financial year.


Images are stored on a secured encrypted and password protected server for commercial purposes. Images are only accessible by certain members of staff with full security clearance and Garda vetting. We do not store any personal information (other than the actual image) that would identify and child. Images are stored on our server by a unique reference number.



Lodging A Complaint

County Photos only processes your personal information in compliance with this privacy notice and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. If, however you wish to raise a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or are unsatisfied with how we have handled your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
